Right of withdrawal
For Motion Modules licenses bought on motion-modules.com
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded, usually the day you receive the purchase confirmation or your license key by email.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, tell us of your decision by a clear statement (for example an email):
Email: widerruf@motion-modules.com
You can use the model form below or the withdrawal button. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the notice before the withdrawal period ends.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day we receive your notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction (refund via Stripe), unless we expressly agreed something else with you.
Early expiry for digital content
When you buy a license, your right of withdrawal expires early if you
- expressly agreed that we start delivering the license key before the withdrawal period ends, and
- confirmed that you know you lose the right of withdrawal by that agreement (section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code).
That agreement is collected with a checkbox in checkout and confirmed in the order and activation email (a durable medium). If you do not tick the box, the right of withdrawal stays in full.
